Official TV Online Ordered The Pro Grabit Set. They took payment never recieved product. Internet Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
On March 28, 2008 I ordered the Pro Grabit Set. The payment cleared my bank by March 31, 2008. As of June 19,2008 I still haven't recieved the product. I have tried calling their number, only get a recording stateing that person is unavailable and their mail box is full. Have sent e-mail messages to them with no replies.

This company also did the same to me. I live in the next county, so I should take them to court for doing this to me as well.
I only buy items like this from a site such as www.carolwright.com or www.drake.com Anything with "as seen on TV" - STAY AWAY FROM!
It's been 15 months since I ordered the item - does not respond to e-mails and telephone box is "full" - not accepting any messages.
