After ordering these Detoxification Pads online, I waited. On May 20th, I decided to email in regard to if these have been shipped yet. No response.
as weeks wents by I tried emailing again and again. I recvd an email from Christina, who sent me this:
Dear valued customer,
Currently we receive our Detoxification pads from Japan. These pads are used in Japanese holistic medicine. We do this to ensure our customers purchase legitimate, and 100% authentic merchandise. Due to us importing the detoxification pads from Japan, processing the orders, and shipping the merchandise has taken longer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Thank You.

Kim,
They sent that email to keep you on the hook long enough so they think you cannot file a credit card dispute. However, this is not so.
At this point, you must do your dispute to your credit card in writing, and both reference that email and include a copy. This resets the 60 day billing dispute criteria.
Also file a fraud report against the merchant and reference the hundreds of complaints here on ROR. print and send if you wish. Use a flat rate priority mail envelope for best results, with an online printed label from usps.com that can be scanned and tracked with free delivery confirmation.
OR, Send this letter by certified mail, return reciept requested. Be sure to put the certified# on the letter itself and keep a copy for your records.
Clearly request the name and contact info for the merchant as you can no longer reach them, and also the name and contact info of the company who hold this merchants credit card processing account [merchant account], so you can file a fraud alert with them.
Then see my other posts here on ROR on what legal authorities to contact and how, as well as full contact information on this scammer.
The "business" phone # on this scam website and many others belongs to Stephan Giudici. I have confirmed this. I paid $39.95 to do phone search and background check.
