We too are victims of Omni Financial.

After being bugged to death after making an initial telephone call to the 800 number, we succumbed to an agreement with the salesman to allow Omni Financial to handle my tax relief issues. I own a small company. The agreement was for a sum of 1,700.00 they would handle the tax issues with the state of Georgia and the IRS. They started with the state taxes.... After I did all the work myself in answering why the taxes were delinquent, they typed up a letter to the state of Georgia for me to sign. And then sent me a bill for an additional $1,000.00.---just for the state taxes. I did all the work, they just drew up a formal document.

To make a long story short, i refused to pay the additional $1,000.00 and NOTHING was done on the taxes. So i was out $1,700.00 which is the amount that they said the state agreed to lower my taxes. I argued that the initial $1,700 was for both state and federal and they told me that the sales people will tell you anything... This is the kind of salespeople representing their company!!

What a rip-off. Plus needless to say, they did not even begin on the Federal Taxes.
