Onforce onforce, computer repair filling a law suit against onforce, onfoce ripping people off kansas city , Missouri

I was a buyer and a provider on onforce.

As a provider our company got ripped off from a job completed, the end user signed the paper work stating her certisfaction. The buyer refuse to pay so onforce suspended our account because we requested for payment.

On our buyer account, a pro went onsite for us, he did not do the job. The Pro was on site the first time, no job was completed, so we went onsite( a crew of 4 people) The pro asking to get paid for doing nothing onsite, so I asked my crew to pull out and have the onforce pro complete the job . The pro went back onsite, took pictures of what we did and left on the second visit.

The pro asked to get paid also for the second visit. we told onfoce that the pro did not do the job, and they should do call conference but onforce did not confirm this but release the money for the pro.

we end up paying another contractor USD6000.00 for the job.

The pro accepted the job without knowing how to do the job and onforce closed and approved the work order.
