Orbital 360 Michael Knight, orbital 360 Tarzana California

To my chagrin, I must respond with facts. Firstly, I was at work when I filed the initial report, so the frivolous allegation of being unemployed at the time of said filing, is dismissed. Concrete evidence is available by cross referencing the I.P. address where the report was filed from. I did go through a period of unemployment after this, but now hold a Directorship with a VERY comfortable income. Let's leave the status of unemployment available for Michael Knight/Wayne Whitus. Moving on, allow me to aprise the public on various fact and the Modus Operandi of the king of bums.

1) I built the website for the company www.orbitalwheelchairfitness.com (& I had no dealing w/ the company????   

2) I coached and trained Jean Sandler and the king of users in SEO tactics and implemented quite a few.

3) I created press releases for the company and was instrumental in advising them on  many business affairs.

4) I assisted Michael Knight in repairing his credit free of charge.

5) I repossessed exercise epuipment (Orbital 360) from the Long Beach boxing gym beacuse of another failed business agreement between the owner and "geuss who"...shocking.... not 

5) Even though M.K./W.W. thought he was not credit worthy enough to get a credit card, I obtained a American Express card for him, of course he immediately became overlimit and surely Jean paid it off.

6) I am no more of an alcoholic than Michael Knight/Wayne Whitus, I am gainfully employed making a salary he has never enjoyed.   

7) Unlike Michael Knight/Wayne Whitus- I am not a cocaine addict. Between Michaels Cocaine, marijuana, drinking and god knows what else, I would not trade places w/ him for the world. I suspect brain damage from steriod use may be the reason for his inability to make sound business decisions & get along w/ others. 

8) The day I met Michael, he attempted to assault me, I immediately had to defend myself and did so with as much diplomacy as possible, I only jabbed him once & of course he awakened from his drunken stupor, tucked his tail between his legs and went to bed.

9) Michael used to steal manhole covers off the street when he was younger and feels he "pioneered" something to do w/ weight lifting- sounds like he got an early start w/ his genuine thievery. Can you imagine the risk he put others at for having an auto accident?? At least he graduated to stealing auto rims and tires.

10) Michael does not even own a car, Jean has either paid for a leased Infinity for him to drive, or has been forced to "rent" a vehicle for the king of users for over a year. Hmmm. at $150 weekly that's about $8,000.00- In addition to this, old man Knight has not paid rent to jean in over 5 years... @ the avg. rent of $800 in CA, that's about $48,000.00-But it's all business.....yeah right. Oh, I almost forgot, Michael was instrumental in the sale of a nice SUV Jean owned. She will do "anything" he commands her to do.

11) As far as Old man Knight "giving" me clothes, sure, I accepted some very nice articles he offered me. (including an item on my birthday) Of course, they were purchased w/ Jeans $$ previously, who I was seeing at the time.

OK, I could go on and actually provide much more disturbing personal details, but I will refrain from doing so at this time. I was referred to as bitter. Yes I was. I was bitter at what I was witnessing and bitter because of the way Old man Knight has affected Jean's family. Beacuse of his horrid financial abuse of Jeans funds, she struggled to pay for a birthday party for her daughter and assist her family in general (financially). I did everything in my power to protect her to no avail. When you are in love with a cult leader, geuss thats how it goes. I just prey to God, one day her family will realize the truth and intervene. My heart goes out to her & her family.
