Orchard Bank Aka HSBC Card Services ripoff City Of Industry California

I've had this card about 1 1/2 years without problems. I must be lucky. Their 800 number 724-4964 which they do not print on their cards. My best advice is NEVER, NEVER cash one of those little $5 checks they send. You are signing up for something that is almost impossible to get out of without costs & stress.

I make all my payments online (one-time only) each time and haven't had any trouble. Since my credit is crappy, I'm used to paying high interest rates. But I have been getting better offers since getting this card. Make your payments on time also, even if you can only send the minumum due. Good luck to all of you.

Oh, by the way, make sure you have enough room on your limit when the annual fee hits. I found this out the hard way and had to make overlimit payments.
