Orchard Bank Very Slow to Credit payments even bank to Bank, Dont use them Schaumberg Pennsylvania

I used to have an Orchard bank Card many years ago to help me recover from bad credit. They helped, the service was good, and although fees and interest were high they could be avoided. I recently recommended my wife use the company to build her credit so she applied and was provided a card. However, this time the company is now taking up to 15 days to credit payments to thier ochard bank Credit card Accounts, in our recent experience never less than 5 days, even when paying them directly online from a checking account. Usually online payments, FOR EVERYONE ELSE, take 2 days for Orchard they take up to 15 and never less than 5. I can only assume this is an effort by Orchard bank to generate more fee income, what a rotten idea. We are canceling the card.

What used to be a good (although expensive) service to those with poor credit is now a rat trap that should be ignored and never signed up to.
