Pack-Rat Entire Pack Rat unit moldy and ruined, Internet

Stored house hold goods from Sept 2011 until July 3, 2012 while constructing a new house, 8x8x16 Pack rat unit delivered yesterday afternoon, opened it to move the goods into the new house, dressers, covered with mold and wood rot, mattress and box spring which were stored in plastic bags were covered in rust and mold,  multiple cartons of books were covered in black mold, the carboard was soaking wet and fell apart in my hands. Leather chair and couch both covered in green mold spores.

I paid for climate controlled warehouse, but obviously this unit was left out in the elements. My Navy uniform (retired) was covered in mold and had insects infesting the fabric. Anything that was in contact with the floor deck of the storage unit was damaged. Interestingly,  also stored a bedtroom set including mattress and box spring in a garage style, non climate controlled self storage unit for the same length of time and nothing was damaged,
