On May 13th I used the online ordering system like I normally do to order a canadian bacon pizza with a 2 liter of pepsi. I verified the order when I put it in but the system apparently only put in a cheese pizza which is what I received.
I contacted the store and the online technical support who told me there was "probably a problem with my computer". Since I had just earned enough points for a free pizza because I order online with them all the time, I ordered another pizza on May 20th. The pizza was correct this time but now their special for a 2 liter pepsi for $2 never came. I told the driver I had ordered a 2 liter pepsi and had already paid him for it. He said he would be right back with it......he never came back.
So I paid for a pepsi to go with my free pizza and never got it. I contacted the online technical support team again who said I didn't add the pepsi....but since I just got screwed over just last week I KNOW i double checked my order and saw the pepsi on there.
Additionally the order I made today is not showing in my history, but it shows in the screen grabs for the tech support personnel??? Something is wrong with Papa Johns online ordering system, whether it is a human error because of the way they set it up or a programming issue on their end.
I told them I had clicked and dragged the ingredients to the picture of the pizza and they told me the software should not allow me to do that......yet that is the way it has always worked for me.....so basically their own programmers and tech support personnel don't know how their software works.....YET THEY WILL INSIST I MADE AN ERROR INPUTTING MY ORDER. I have been ordering for over a year now...no problems...now all the sudden there are problems.....and it is my fault....no way it can be theirs. I'm waiting for my pepsi to show up that I ordered and paid the driver for......wonder if he will ever come back with it like he said he was?????
Not ordering from Papa Johns again until I see something back from them for my problems and the issues with the pizzas and drinks I didn't receive. I did not receive the pizza I ordered on the 13th and did not receive the pepsi I ordered today and the customer service reps just care about telling me I did something wrong instead of fixing the situation and getting me the pizza and pepsi I ordered.
If I were in a restaurant and wasn't happy with the service they would have either replaced the pizza or refunded it depending on the issue. I only ask for the same thing here.
