Paradigm Credit Card Processing Rip-Off Mesa, Arizona

I got a call from Paradigm wanting to send a salesman out to my store to compare credit card processing rates.  I told them I was not interested.  They called back and told me it would be well worth my while for a salesman to come out because they were going to save me a lot of money.

The salesman shows up with his laptop computer and begans to compare my current credit card processing company to the rates Paradigm were offering.  He shows me on his computer where I would have saved $300 on the first month he checked.  The salesman also stated that he would be back in 90 days to make sure I was receiving the savings he promised.  If I wasn't, I would be able to get out of the lease no cost to me. 

I was sold.  The salesman quickly went through everything on the contract and I signed it.  There was a non-cancellable lease through Azura Leasing (which later became Ladco Leasing) for 5 years at $103 per month for a credit card machine.  I wasn't to crazy about the lease but figured that I was going to save enough on the credit card processing to more than pay for it.

My credit card processing costs have increased considerably with Paradigm, plus the $103 monthly lease payment, plus another $40 per month they deduct through a company named Entrust Bank for unknown reasons.  At 90 days I could not get the salesman to return my calls.  I called Paradigm and they didn't know anything about me being able to get out of my lease.  I was told it would cost me $750 to break my lease.  

Companies should not be in business if their business model is based on deception and lies.
