At pickup, I explained that I would be bringing the car back the next day, but I needed to keep it a couple hours later in the day than when I picked it up. They said that was fine and they quoted me a price of $35. When I returned the car, they said I had to pay for an extra day. With taxes and fees, the cost came to $110. There was someone else in line next to me who had the same problem.

There was some very minor damage to the rear bumper, barely even a scratch, and I had purchased the optional collision insurance. They still charged me $750 for the damage and said I had to file a claim against the insurance on my own. (So basically, I have to do their jobs for them.)

They say the shuttle to the airport runs every ten minutes, but I waited for it for about a half hour during both the pickup and return.

 So where is the ripoff?? Im NOT seeing it. All I see is someone who is expecting a business to give YOU a break. You SHOULD be the one to file a claim, that way YOU dont get screwed over by them putting in a quote that is too high. But I guess YOU dont care, YOU just want THEM to do it for you. When are people like YOURSELF going to quit blaming others for YOUR mistakes. No ripoff here. Just the USUAL self entitled consumer who THINKS that they are better then they REALLY are. Heres a thought, grow the hell up your crybaby. YOU have NOT been ripped off. By the employee giving YOU the option of filing with YOUR insurance, You are getting a break. They COULD just do it themselves but then they would request the MAXIMUM amount they can. By you doing it, YOUR insurance isnt getting charged out the WAZOO!! But NOOOOOOO!!! YOUR brain doeant work that way. NOOOOOO, to YOU its them having YOU do THEIR job, per your own words. YOU are so blind and ignorant that YOU dont see when someone is throwing you a bone.
