I received notification on June 6, 2013 that I had an automatic payment to SafeCart for SpeedyPCPro from SafeCart for the amount of $29.97 and that the next payment would be due June 6, 2014. This was taken from my credit card I had registered with PayPal. I have had PayPal locked out of my credit card account. This is a total of $39.94 that PayPal through services of SafeCart removed from my credit card without prior autorization. I called the customer service number 855-423-0727 and they said the amounts would be cancelled in about 4 days. I told them I did not want to deal with SafeCart anymore and would they assure me that no more charges will be made to my account. There will be no more charges unless I purchase sometbing else. I called my credit card account and had them locked out. I was concerned that this could be a continued process.

Please remember, all software that claim to fix your computer from being slow are scam. Speaking of this Speedy PC Pro, it has been discussed many times about its scam tactic; besides, the company seems to be a foreign based as well. You could read a good comment about how this type of scam works at majorgeeks forum (http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=247018); especially from silverhead comment.
Watch out for the recurrent charge because I am sure they will attempt to do so. If there is any mark on your credit report, you may have a difficulty removing it because the company may attempt to use (or establish) a US based collection company to work for them.
