PAYPAL HOLDS your money for DAYS after you try to transfer to BANK ACCOUNT San Jose California

On Feb 22  I sold an item on eBAY . Funds  were to be deposited into my account 3 days later from the sale, which would be Feb 25.  The funds did not hit my Paypal account until Thursday, March 2.  IN addition, the website stated funds would not be available in my bank account until the next business day. So PAYPAL charged me twice- the fee for processing my funds (approximately 2.5 % of the transaction cost), as well as getting to sit on my money overnight and earn interest. WORSE,  the next business day, Friday, Mar 3, THERE WAS NO MONEY TRANSFERED INTO my bank account.

I called the bank to see what the hold-up was. They said we DO NOT see any deposit for this money coming into the bank.  They said you have to call Paypal about it.  I called Paypal today, Saturday,  Mar 4,  they said, " FUNDS WONT BE AVAILABLE FOR 3 -4 business days !!!" 

I told them that when I transfered the money to my bank  it said it would be there the next business day. THEY do not get to hold my money for 3 - 4 business days.  They said call your bank. The interest they are earning on these holds of depositors money is the reason they keep you from getrting your money.  It is out and out FRAUD to tell people we will goive you your money the next day, then sit on it for  several days for no reason. I WANT MY MONEY NOW.
