PayPal Had my children's Christmas money stolen from a money hungry company San Jose California

I have had Paypal take 4 different charges from my checking account. They gave part of 1 back and are refusing to do anything about the others. They have the account under Belch Armor....I have never had a paypal account.

I called and called and got the run around. They first said that they did not understand why they gave me part of 1 charge back and did nothing to the other 3 even though they were made within a few days of each other and by the same person.

They took 394.05 on 6-19-07, 280.85 on 6-21-07, 69.01 on 6-27-07, and 69.11 on 6-28-07 and then they credited me 66.22 on 7-9-07. So they still owe me 746.80.

Calling does no good. Ineed help......
