Paypal paypal.com does not protect sellers, or merchant accounts San Jose,, California

Paypal does not protect its sellers! in one instance for example  i had a bad customer order a 800 dollar wind turbine he paid through paypal i shipped the unit and the customer charged the item back right after i marked unit as shipped! paypal automatically gave his money back ! no questions asked just f*cked me! then im out of shipping a wind turbine and now paypal has turned the amount i got screwd out of over to a collection agency so not only did i get screwed twice now im getting screwed three times the h*ll with payal they are crooks plain and simple!!
