PayPal allowed Singlesnet.com to add three months of charges to my bill when I specifically and in writing agreed to one month's charges - or, in other words, I set my account as a non-roll over. PayPal allowed Singlesnet.com to use PayPal to extract two unapproved months and claimed I had authorized recurrent billing through PayPal - a complete lie.

When PayPal investigates, they do not even ask the customer for any input. They simply work in cohesion with the merchant to perpetrate fraud.
