AND THEN YOU PUSH 'PURCHASE'. Do you see the part where it says what IS included, and do you see the part that says what is NOT included? Do you see the clearely marked price of $39.95??

I went to the website as I was interested in finding people. I ordered a 30 day membership for $39.95. It clearly stated before I made my purchase what was covered with the membership. It stated it covered People, Marriage, Divorce, Property and Death Searches. The Marriage and Divorce searches showed the available states (I guess not all state prIVIDE this information) and it said in red BACKGROUND AND CRIMINAL SEARCHES ARE SOLD SEPARATELY AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP. I also looked in the Background Report and it states on that page in red that its not included as well and it even prompts you to make a purchase of $39.95. You're only charged if you click the confirm button it looks like.

The thing with these websites is you just have to read. People get click happy and they assume things. They also try to interpret things when there is no interpretation needed. If it said what is covered and what is not why is it so confusing? I suggest for everyone to just READ and their lives would be easier.
