i enrolled a year ago. i have sent payments monthly thinking they were being sent to the creditors. i recently found out they were not. Some creditors never received a letter of my intent. i just found out another creditor is attaching my tax refund. i have been sending money for over a year and there is no record of where it has gone. Apparently the creditors are not receiving it and are not being informed of the enrollment of the program.
