It took Persel's one year to contact my creditors, even after I called them several times. Since they waited, I ended up going to court 6 times. The opposing counsel was kind enough to assist me and I ended up settling my own credit cards, although Persels & Associates (Andrea Collins as "attorney") collected $6,000.
