Petsmart Petsmart online credit card scam!!! Phoenix Arizonia

This company "Petsmart" is an online credit card "SCAM". Do not purchase anything online using a credit card. April 23, 2017 I got a email from Petsmart stating that I would get free shipping and 10% off all orders over $49. Excellent...I purchased a order totaling to $53. Today May 23, 2017 my checking account stated that I had a pending withdrawal of $75.77 and about to send my account into overdraft. I am very upset. I called the Phoenix Arizona Office and complained about this issue. Come to find out they had already took another $63 out my account May 9, 2017. I ask the representative what happen to the package from May 9, 2017 that I never ordered or  received? She stated that the package had been lost. Strange and suspicious. So happen that the package I never ordered got lost in the mail. So they never refunded me because they say the package never came back. (WOW). Now for this $75.77....the rep told me that the tracking number says this package will be delivered today., and if I want a instant refund...take the package to a local Petsmart store. Another package that I never ordered. Carry a box to my car, drive 7 miles to Petsmart, stand in line until its my turn. Wait while they go over each item. Write out a refund slip. Drive 7 miles back home. And get no compensation for trying to get money back that I never authorized to be taken in the first place. When companines began doing things like this its a sign of going out of business. Trust me...this is flagrant and willful. Blockbuster did this to me years ago. Charged me $50 from my credit card for movies I had already returned. A year later they were out of business. Finally,if I had not caught the $75.77 this morning they would have done the same thing over and over again. Do not give these people your credit card information, bank information. If you have, I suggest you look into your account thoroughly. This is illegal and its also a scam. Thank you for reading. have a great day!!!
