Premier Cancun Vacations Juarez Cancun This Company Arbitrarily Charges Your Credit Card; They Refuse A Refund! Internet
*UPDATE Employee: Refund
Premier Cancun (or on my bank statement it appears as Juarez Cancun) over charged me for a vacation package. Customer service admitted the mistake & provided me with a claim number. That was two months ago! The finance department stated it "takes a few weeks for banks in Mexico to reconcile with banks in the US". That's bullshit!!! Once this company has your credit card info they will continue to withdraw money! When I first agreed to the vacation package they withdrew $545 from my account (the most money that was available), but returned it within two weeks (the delay being the holiday of Cinco de Mayo).
Beware of this company & Juarez!

#1 UPDATE Employee
Refund
AUTHOR: PCV Quality Control - ()
SUBMITTED: Thursday, April 04, 2013
We appreciate you initially bringing the overcharge to our attention so that we were made aware of the problem and could take action to correct it. As with every business, there is always a chance that mistakes will happen and we are happy that we were ultimately able to correct the overcharge mistake that was made by our company. Unfortunately, it is a fact that Mexican banks do not always operate with the same efficiency as the banking institutions in the United States. It appears that this issue may have been further complicated by the holiday occurring during the same period in which the refund was being processed. Nevertheless, we, as a company, are happy to see that you were refunded the monies owed to you and that our customer service department accepted responsibility and corrected the issue.
Sincerely,
QUALITY CONTROL
