I filed a ripoff report against Premier Cancun Vacations for its employees actions Lara Dela Cueva and Margeux Flora for deceiving me in buying two vacation packages. The results were phenomenal, I received a voice message from Rosario Isneros, a customer service representative for the Premier Cancun Vacations. In that voice message she stated that I can get my money back with 10% penalty for the two packages and she wanted me to call her back to facilitate the refund process. So the following day, I have called and called but to no avail, the phone number provided just keeps going to a loop and eventually would terminate the call. Then I tried to send her an email which she responded to but now was offering a 2 year extension for the packages and it will be good for other destinations their company offers. I respectfully declined this offer and that is where our communication halted to a complete stop. I attempted to contact her again through email several times but this time with no response.

 Thank you for the additional information.

I work at the corporate headquarters and am trying very hard to resolve this issue for you. We have outside call centers and each of them has a customer service department. We are working on the refund process and will certainly handle the personnel issues with the outside call center.

Again, thank you for the quick response. Our Corporate Customer Service team will be in contact with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Mr. Jim Wehrle,

this report is a second effort to get a refund on the vacation packages 627005605, 627005599. The customer service representative (Ms. Isneros) that contacted me after my initial report seems to give me the run around. If you are really making effort to resolve the issue, I thank you. However, some people in your organization are trying very hard to sabotage your efforts.

I would like to add that employees such as Lara Dela Cueva, Margeux Flora and Rosario Isneros need to be fully evaluated if they should continue to represent your organization. Other than getting a refund on the packages mentioned above I would also require an apology from each of the individuals mentioned for their conduct I mentioned on both reports. I look forward to the immediate resolve of this case hopefully due to your professional assistance.
