I received an email advertising an vacation getaaway at a  great price.  I called the number spoke to an agent who began to tell me all about this vacation packages for Cancun New Mexico for6 days/ 5 nights for $698 for two adults two children and a vacation to Orlando Florida as long as I participated in a 90 minute presentation the second day in Cancun.  He did not ask me whether I was employed.

I told him it would most likely be four adults, this person stated that I can get you a another room as a complimentary and if I book reservation in low tour months will get two free extra days, register at one resort get access to the other two for free.

He transfered me to another person who stated we  are being recorded, she repeated some things speak ing rapidly and, that time I paid $760.00.  I called them back approximately five days later, had not received the package yet, trying to cancel because I found a better deal without the 90 minutes presentation and I was informed that once I paid there was no refund. I was outraged. Weeks later received the package in the mail, nothing about the Orlando vacation found so I called to customer service, who stated you must come to cancun first.

In January called the reservation # 866-760-1843 ,spoke to a male agent who states, I only had one room booked, must pay room tax to hold 2nd room. A sister reunion and a birthday celebration was the reason for this vacation. Each time I spoke to someone, important information intentional not verbalized at that time like if you book the room and cancel you will not get your money back.  It appeared on the reservation confirmation email.

I have spent a total of $1218.00 including travel insurance.  One on my sister has a serious illiness and require long term therapy and the other has recently had a change in her finances/due to unemployment, so I cancelled the second room, neither will be able to travel for June.  Its not fair, I am cancelling in March 12, 2013 Premier Cancun Vacations keep the total fee and rent the room to someone eles.

I have stayed at 5 star hotels that will reimburse your money if you cancel reservations within there specified time. I have invested too much not to take the vacation but I will never recomend Premier cancun to anyone.
