Hello, this is Alfred Rubio. I couldn't keep quiet about this issue anymore. Last June 14, 2015, I've been put into

a situation that rendered me incapable of saying NO. Telemarketers named Mara Bella Mendoza and Jay Lopez, (not sure if these are real names), worked together a setup to get me hooked into this package. This sounds really ridiculous I know, but I want my side to be heard.

One night, a random girl named Mara Bella sent me a friend request on Facebook. I've always been a friendly person, easy to trust other people, and always up to making new friends. We started having awesome conversations about our lives and work, and other personal matters. Everything is good, until it came to the point where she even asked me "What do you think about Long-Distance Relationships". This topic was pretty random and got me overwhelmed, but I just went on and share my opinion about this topic. It turns out she's open to such relationships, and in a way, looking forward into having one. Then we went on and on, until it came to the point where she said "It'd be nice if you can come here and visit me at Cancun, Mexico, or if not, maybe I can go there in Canada someday.". The good conversations and awesome connection all suddenly felt weird and staged. It all started when she mentioned something about how she can maybe ask her Supervisor (Jay Lopez), to get a really good discount for me so I can afford going there. Couple days later, she excitedly informed me that Jay wanted to talk to me and ask some information. Before the questioning happened, she said "You need to pretend that you are my "boyfriend", or else the plan won't work." Honestly, I felt very unsure of all this when she said it. She also added "Just tell him you're 28 yrs old." I've never traveled places like Cancun ever, but I got interested because one of my long time friends live at a nearby City, so I thought this is a good chance to see and meet her. I'm pretty confident befor the transaction happened because my credit card only have an available balance of $10 (Yes, it is maxed out during this time). I talked to Jay, and I gave my credit card info, but when the time came to ask for my CCV I hesitated and hung up the phone. Jay called me again and again until i couldn't ignore it anymore. So I picked up and told him the line got disconnected. He said "Okay, instead of $450, we'll try $350, just give Mara a chance, okay?". "A chance for what?" that's what I thought in my head after hearing what he said. Because I'm so confident that they could never extract any money from me, due to the CC not having enough balance, I finally gave Jay the CCV. *NOTE* during this time, I have a balance of $380CAD on my Debit account for the upcoming truck payment. When I checked my account the following day, the $380 disappeared and on my posted activities, it says "Credit Card Payment $380". I felt so hopeless. I didn't know what to do, I called in sick to both of my jobs scheduled that day (Friesens and COOP), because I honestly couldn't think of what to do. I was able to borrow money from my mom for the scheduled truck payment. But I'm now bound to pay $148 per month for the next 4 months to pay the remaining balance for the package. Right now, I have 2 more upcoming payment schedules, Sept. 14 and Oct. 14. This whole thing put me into a very bad financial situation, and even ruined my relationship with my mom and step father due to the borrowing of money. So Please, I would like to cancel this package, and get a full refund. I hope you can understand my situation, I would be willing to buy packages from you guys, but not through this forceful and deceitful manner. I do believe these packages are legit, but the manner of selling them to potential customers are not very good. So please, hear me out, I do believe I'm not the one who should be responsible finding someone to transfer this package into. I just really need the money back because I'm in huge financial problem right now mainly due to this forced transaction.

first of all thank you for the review on this company premiere cancun vacations..

same thing happen to i actually bought 2 packages just to meet this girl that she intended for a relationship and his manager jay lopez intended to give me discounts at the first package which is 700$...the second package this girl who intended to be in a relationship said if i get another package it will help her have a training in the states because its a contest who gets the most sales...

But after a while this girl never communicated compared to the first and second time who always calls...the bad thing about this is they try to use me as a different name in order to sell another package..

im hoping this company will get my refund for my package bacause these people are scamming just to get sales...and im hoping that they will get the attention if the manager so that people will be notified if your company is legit or not..

thank you

Same thing happen to me. Very very similar. Random girl added me in fb. After couple of days chatting and calling her, we finally came accross me visiting this very beautiful girl in cancun, mexico myself. I was the one who actually open it up to her, that i wanted to visit here there. She told me that she spoke to her manager Jay Lopez and was going to call me to talk about discount that i could get as a special friend. and so he called me and told me about couple of packages. He said the usual price is about $3000. But since i know the girl, he could give me as much as 50% off and will be be just $700. He was wanting me to buy right away or else i am gonna loose na discount. I told him smartly and nicely, "I am not decided today." i added also because it is not a cheap money, that i have to decide later. I knew it before i spoke to this guy (or gay), that if he ever asked for a credit card, it was definitely a scam. He tried it again. Asked to atleast to put a downpayment so i keep the discount. I said no. Not today. LOL.

To be honest ,the girl in facebook account is very beautiful. i already speculated her friend request from the beginning. d**n it was too good to be true.

Well Alfred, i saw your report, and that just made my speculation to be 100% right.

Full Refund is on it's way

A customer service representative contacted me today, and said they will send me a refund form as long as I remove the post.

I don't think a post can be removed from this site, so, here I am writing, to state my utmost appreciation for this company. Thank you for hearing me out.

Below is the message sent to me today via Email by one of the representatives:

Hola Alfred,

My name is A**** Flores from the customer service department, we have read your post with the full information of the sale, as per terms and conditions of the sale these packages are sold none refundable, however I have talked to my superiors and we have come to an agreement that if you remove the post, we will refund you everything you have paid so far, also we wanted to inform you we are already putting a solution to this matter with the agent.

If you can please provide me a phone number to contact you or if you agree please reply to the email, so I can send you the refund form.

So, with this being said, the company is not keeping their eyes about these reports, they actually look for them and put a solution to each one of them. Right now they are working together to find and have the agent(s) sanctioned for their actions. Thanks again, highly appreciated.

                                                                 -Alfred R.
