PRIVASAFE I WAS CHARGED 14.95 ON MY QWEST BILL FOR SOMETHING I'VE NEVER HEARD OF Nationwide

I found a $14.95 charge from this "company" on my Qwest bill. There is no way to contact them. I called the ESBI number listed on the billing page and was forwarded to a voicemail box, that was FULL--big surprise.

Qwest told me to simply not pay that portion of the bill. They also told me that "PRIVASAFE" can turn me over to collection for non-payment.

Good grief--I had never authorized this company to do anything, had never heard of them, until the charge showed up on my phone bill.
