radio shack charged me 50.00 for a service i did not have, then refused to correct their mistake baton rouge, Louisiana

At the being of this month my wife went into the store to add money to my boost cell phone account. she showed the girl it was a boost phone. the girl behind the desk had a bad attitude. charged her 50.00 gave her the receipt. my wife left and went shopping.  she came home and gave me the receipt.i looked at it and saw it was for At+t not boost. We went back to the store twice and was told by the store manager yes it was their mistake but she did not have to fix it. my wife called their help number, was told to bad we where stuck and out the 50.00. I emailed them and have yet to hear from anyone.

Radio shack is a ripoff  charged me for a service i do not  have, and refused to fix  their own mistake. I had been going to radio shack for years before this. But no more, all they care about is ripping people off.
