Radio Shack burned twice! Lemon digital camera! ripoff Hermitage Pennsylvania

In 2006, we purchased a Digital Camera from the Radio Shack in the Giant Eagle Plaza in Hermitage, PA. We paid $400 for the Camera. After 30 days, the camera stopped working. It would not turn on at all.

We took it in and they did replace it with a store demo model.

Two weeks later, that one also stopped working. The image it takes looks like you're looking through venetian blinds and is totally out of focus.

We took it back and they refused to honor the 90 day warranty (that's supposed to be standard) since it was a demo model!

So now we have a camera that doesn't work and are out $400. This is the second time and second store that has refused to honor their own policies or warranties.

We will not be buying from then again.
