I told radio shack sales girl I wanted replacement warranty just like on other phone when wife cracked screen I found out she sold us a warranty exactly same as comes FREE with the phone, this was 3 days after the period to upgrade to the one I want I have to pay for her mistake and am ripped off by a double warranty only difference is Radio will give you a free battery that you can purchase on ebay for 3.00 why would I pay 100 $$$ for something I could have gotten for free? RIPPOFF This must be stopped (((ROR redacted)))
Also They said I could request my money back prorated for time that has been used and 25.00$$ charge and it has been months so I call again months later and they said it was not processed so they can't pay for the 3 months I had there phony useless coverage that they will not refund either BE careful of stores in California doing this bait and switch they get commissioned on this, Store in Missouri would never do this.
