The company fraudulently installed their water softening unit with pushy, deceptive ads, and a salesman that came to our home. His breakdown of the amortization was a complete lie, and we paid thousands in interest.

Hello!  My name is Scott Harmon
I am the director of customer satisfaction for Aquion, Inc. the parent

manufacturer of RainSoft water treatment equipment.  Since 1953, we have worked with our network
of independent authorized dealers to provide the finest water treatment
equipment in the industry.  I am sorry to
hear that your experience did not measure up to the standards that we work to
uphold.  While all our dealers strive for
100% customer satisfaction, we know that there will be times when we fall short
