Rainsoft Florida Energy Water and Air Rainsoft is so MISLEADING it's ridiculous. Lifetime Warranty is a JOKE!! Tampa Florida

 So I bought a Rainsoft System shortly after buying my first home.  It was the worst decision I have ever made.  Yes my water is treated and seems to help with taste, showers, etc.  But I must say, the price was outragous, the service is horrible, the cost after ownership is even more outragous, the warranty is a total JOKE!!  Lifetime Warranty but what the sales person does not tell you is that only includes parts, NOT LABOR.  And to add to that, Labor is crazy expensive (Of course to make up for the cost of the parts).  I so wish I would have searched online for reviews before buying.  Every review is horrible.  Every comment about the business is a joke.  Tons of past employees and customers just tear this company apart online and I TOTALLY know why.  So after my first system was installed it worked pretty well for awhile.  Then they called me for salt refills.  I declined and bought my own salt.  SOOO much cheaper buying from Lowe's myself.  Then the Air treatment system alarm goes off to notify me of service.  I call and they want an arm and a leg for service.  WHAT???  Why did I pay almost $9000 for the water system, air treatment, and soaps??  Now pay for you to come out and turn off my alarm.  The water treatment level alarm, you can turn off yourself but not the air treatment....WHY?  Because of money, that's why.  Then the first system cracked and they wanted to charge me labor to replace it.  It has a lifetime warranty, right?  Yes it does, but again they don't tell you it doesn't cover labor and they charge an arm and a leg for labor.  So I complained and complained and a manager finally agreed to replace the unit at no charge.  Ok great, right!!!??  Not really, right after the job was finally done (which that was a hassle too) I start getting a pool of water next to my system.  I first think it's just rain water pooling in a low section of the yard so I add more soil to fill it in.  It keeps raining and I still have the pool of water.  I dismiss it because all of the rain.  Now here we are and no rain or very very little rain and the pool of water is so massive I can barely walk between my house and the neighbors.  I call and they want $149.99 for the first half hour of service.  WHAT???  Who gets paid 149.99 for a half hour of work?  And to mention again, I have a lifetime warranty on the unit.  So why any cost when this is your issue.  Not my fault.  This is Rainsofts fault.  If I have a bumper to bumper warranty on a car and the engine fails, I don't have to pay labor still.  They fix it because it was under warranty.  This company is slick, a joke, a scam, overpriced, rude customer service, and a money pit if you become a customer.

Do I need to say it again?  If I could go back in time, I would have looked at reviews first and never even gave the guy a chance to come inside my home.  I feel ripped off and wish i could take it all back, return the unit, get my money back, and wipe my hands clean of this mess.
