Reachout Wireless Government Assisted Phone Reachout Wireless is a RipoffInternet

I purchased a phone from upgrade from reachout wireless which was definitely a big mistake. I went online and purchased a monthly unlimited package. Unlimited talk and text. At the time of purchase I had minutes on my phone. However, when those original minutes were up my phone went off and I was unable to use it. I contacted my bank to show the payment for my unlimited pack had went through. This was on a Friday. My phone did not work all weekend. No one at any of the reachout wireless numbers answered the phone. No one was available online even though they claimed to be available at those times. My online message could not even be sent and of course no one responded to my email.

Monday evening, no one still was answering either at the number or online. However, my phone just started working. I continued to try to get someone on the phone all week because I naturally wanted answers and confirmation of what they were willing to do about my weekend without service. Well obviously nothing... No one ever emailed me back, no response to my call, no one ever answers at tech support number, in fact it's like no one even works for the company. The next Saturday the same thing happened and I again have no service. It is now Monday morning and after losing my mind, my patience, and a few business clients, I am forced to call the bank for a refund and change my service.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I have tried everything to get a person on the phone. It may be cheaper than other services but you don't even get what you pay for. This is just a scam...no one will ever answer your call in person, and no one will ever be available in the que online!
