realgoldsoft hijacked my computer could not use computer until Ibought software Baku, Arizona

My computer was injected with a virus on 12/18/09 by this company.   I lost my entire desktop and could not proceed until I bought their software.   It declared that I had 22 viruses!   So, in order to get my computer usage back, I bought a two year program costing 49.95, and my computer was immediately restored.  I wanted to run a scan later to make sure that everything was erased, and I had nothing to work with.  I called them, and no one would answer the phone.  Today, 1/6/10, I called a number that was listed in a previous report, and I got (so he said Michael Paul Cnove).   I could hardly understand  his English so I asked him where he was from and he said INDIA.   I proceeded to ask for a refund, and he couldn't find any information from my transaction.  Duh?    He said for me to call 1-888-316-0062, and they would most certainly issue a refund.    Well, I asked him if this was his headquarters and he said yes.   I asked him where this was located, and he said Hawaii.  Now I really have questions because my charge appears to have come from Baku, AZ.   This company is bogus for sure.   I called the 888 number immediately after talking with the supposed guy from India, and it is automated.   The second request on the automated system is for the first 6 digits from the card that was used to buy the software.   NOT a good idea at all!   (in my opinion)   This a disgusting company.   Hope they are found out!!!!
