I was attempting to purchase a home with the assistance of a Realty Executive agent, we there was a conflict in the contract between me and the seller. I cancelled the contract, by notifying my lawyer. Who in turn, notified my real estate agent from Realty Executive. So, that left my agent to cancel the home inspection.
We had given her plenty of time to do so but, being that the inspector was a friend she told him to go ahead with the inspection. That left me with a $500.00 bill for something I never okayed and as a matter of fact told her to cancel. On top of everything else, after this incident, I waned to cancel my contract with my agent and the only way they would allow me to do so is if I gaurenteed I would pay the bill!
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! THEY CARE ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY AND THEY WILL GET IT ANYWAY THEY CAN!!
