Rebath Of Texas Rebath Tried to sell my home when I complained. Carrollton Texas

I see that Rebath has a history of bad relations with their customers. Rebath did two bathrooms for me. I want everyone to know that I don't appreciate any part of the process of doing business with that company for the following reasons:



They never gave me any notification regarding completion of my project. Someone was suppose to show up at my house on that Fridayno call, no answer, nothing!

They never contacted me to complete the job!

I had to call another company to get my job complete.

Still no contact by Rebath!

Once job was complete they took it upon themselves to charge my credit card with no authorization by me.

Your salesman picked up $5500.00 check for payment financed. You said you never received itweren't aware he was picking it up. Evidently he hadn't been paid so he was holding check to be sure you paid him. You lied to me and told me it was lost and had me go through the trouble of putting a stop payment on it and getting another one only because you didn't want to go through the saleman to get the check.

My concern all along was that you haven't paid for materials commission..etc. Then you send me a letter threatening a lien is such a joke considering the situation.

I feel I have far more valid concerns in taking legal action against you than you ever had against me.

I know how Re-Bath can continue in business with the way they treat their customers.
