Regional Adjustment Bureau Shameful Criminals at Regional Adjustment Bureau, Harrasment Specialists. They Call Your Neighbors When Attempting to To Collect From You!!! Memphis Tennessee

If you ever recieve a call from Regional Adjustment Bureau of Memphis Tennesee, ignore them and file a Cease and Desist order agaisnt them immediately. They are a Shameful Heartless Group of Criminals. They will lie, cheat, steal and do what ever it takes to take advantage of you and take your money. Recently, when my loan payment became just 2 weeks overdue with Fifth Third Bank, Regional Adjustment Bureau began contacting me hourly from 8 am-8pm everyday, to collect the payment due. Almost at the same time, the despicable female represenative from Regional Adjustment began calling my neighbors. My neighbor directly across the street from me, after 2 weeks of Hell, finally called me to say, that Regional Adjustment Bureau had been calling them daily for 2 weeks, every hour, about me. When my neighbor called the rep back on one occasion, this is how the conversation went. The Regional Adjustment Bureau rep said, Do you know _____? Is _______ your neighbor? Do you really know your neighbor______? Have you heard about him? How embarrased was I to here that from my neighbor. Thank God, he told me about it, now it appears others have been contacted also. My neighbors all had the same phone number 800-829-7750, the phone number into their Hell Hole Cold Caller Room at Regional Adjustment Bureau. When I called to speak with the female rep handling my case, I told her, that her company had contacted my neighbors, she said the company did not do it, she said she did it personally. She was proud of her actions and the shame it most caused me. When I asked her if I had rights, she said no, that I gave up those rights, when my account became delinquent. I immediately sent the company an email telling them to Cease and Desist, to stop calling my home immediately. I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commisssion. Next I will contact the Attorney Generals Office from Tennesse. I plan on sueing this company for damages. This company needs to be closed down now and their Business License should be revoked immediately. If I have my way, I will see to it. Maybe we should all start calling their Collection Phone Number at 800-829-7750 or corporate offices at 800-829-0250 every hour of the day and give them a taste of their own medicine. Maybe call the neighbors of the President of the Company, see how he likes it. Well, Goodluck to all who may have been victimized by this company. Do not have contact with them, they are criminals, do not give them any payments or your banking account or credit card information. They are as bad as it gets.
