If you have then I suggest that you transfer any and all domains purchased through them immediately. You will have to go through enom.com. I am still going through an almost two week long drama to transfer my domain names.

Just a few reasons why:

1. To change a name server (to make your site visible) it takes up to 36 to 48 hours---NOT 12 DAYS or more--I finally got the transfer from enom or I'd be going on 13+days.

2. No one answers your call--ever! The wait time is beyond 50 minutes with horrific worse than muzak sounding stuff and no option to turn it off. When you do get to be the next caller...then woohoothey cut your call and you get silence. I knowI lived it. Oh, I can't forget that no one ever responds to e-mails. They say they offer Live Chatnaaa they don't!

3. There is no customer service or tech support--you just stay on hold FOREVER or until you figure out your own problem. At this point I wanted my authorization codes to transfer to another registrarI couldn't get them m yself which makes this even more frustrating.

I sent a long complaint - still waiting to see what good that will do.
