Registerfly.com Did not renew my domains as I specified, didn't tell me they weren't going to either, but now 4 domains are gone, ripoff! Boontown New Jersey

I had 9 domains registered with Registerfly. Eight of them were configured to auto-renew (I was letting one expire), and had a current credit card on file with Registerfly.

Sure enough, 4 of the 8 domains expired because Registerfly just didn't renew them. They didn't bill me, didn't notify me, they just didn't do anything. Now, these 4 domains are all registered by someone else. This is total incompetence on Registerfly's part.

Needless to say, my other 4 domains will be moving somewhere else very quickly, as Registerfly seems just to be incompetent, or perhaps just comotose. If you don't care about service, use Registerfly. If you do care, use someone else.
