Reloadit (www.reloadit.com) is a complete scam and fraud. My mom and I purchased a reloadit pack and was told it could only be loaded onto a prepaid card through their website only.

We've signed up on their website, entered our pack number and prepaid card information into their website, and we get the following messages when trying to load our card (This card is being verified or We're experiencing technical difficulties, try again later. We've called this company multiple times, gotten the run around, and was told (try back in 1 hour, try back in 4 hours, we've submited your email address to tech support, try back in 2 hours, and so on) .

 We've attached a photo of our bill money we put on a reload it pack, entered in their website, it's been 24 hours, we haven't been able to load our money to our card and use t to pay a bill.

Reloadit.com Ripped Me Off

I purchased a Reloadit card and tried to add money to "my safe", the card was then deemed invalid. After 4 calls I was given 4 different responses. When I asked to speak with a manager and the managers name, they replied telling me I could not speak with the manager and they would not give me a name.  SCAM SCAM SCAM

 

1. Wait 2-4 Hours

2. The card wasn't loaded properly and it's now no longer active. 

3. Load your internet browser in private mode.

4. The store you purchsed from didn't have permission to sell you the card, (even though Reload it instructed me to go there to purchase)

 

Reloadit now want 14-30 days to refund my money. 

 

Do not use this service as it is clearly a SCAM!!!!!

Look at their tasteless reply to my report.

First of all I have every right as an unhappy customer to report services I wasn't pleased with. You coward *** rip off scam artists ripped my mom off of $250.00. Till this day my mom hasn't been able to use her $250.00 reload, that money was for a bill, not for you ******** to pocket it. You money hungry greedy pigs took money from my family and have the nerve to come on here replying to my report calling us names and calling us liars. I've never called anyone from your company out their name in my report, but when I look at your reply I've given you a taste of your own medicine with the name calling. No weapon formed against us shall prosper. What goes around, comes around. I hope you scam artist ripoff ******** pay for this.

That doesn't shock me. We've been calling your company all day about this matter and gotten no answer or the run around. You people are scam artists and taking cutomers money. I'm not breaking no law by being a unhappy customer that has reported the services I recieved, so you have no case against me. RipOffReport is a website for unhappy customers to post their complaints. YOUR COMPANY IS COMPLETE GARBAGE AND I PLAN TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW. Your post is even rude, nasty, and dirty, just like your company. GET OVER IT YOU SCAM ARTISTS.

 Sorry but the JOY of technology comes with a downside. That downside is SOMETIMES the tech isn't working right. So YOU have lost NOTHING. YOU have NOT been scammed JUST delayed. WHat YOU are doing is a crime!! YOU have made a FALSE report defaming THEM!! Meaning that if they don't like what YOU have written which basically boils down to a pack of out right lies, THEY can take you to task for it. Its called DEFAMATION!! Look it up!! You know instead of showing the ENTIRE web going community EXACTLY how dumb YOU truly are!! It stated it quite clearly in YOUR OWN POST!!! THEY are having technical difficulties. NOT that YOU are being scammed, but that THEIR SYSTEM is NOT working right. Heres a thought for what passes for a brain in you, did you ever think that THEY might be under attack? Maybe some useless pieces of crap hackers are attacking their system in order to gain access to ALL that money. No people like yourself NEVER use common sense OR logic. YOU are a spoiled piece of crap and I REALLY hope they do go after YOU!! JUST for YOUR IGNORANCE ALONE!!! Im going to contact this company and inform THEM of what YOU posted. Perhaps a C&D from their lawyers over YOUR LIES will convince YOU to use atleast 1% of that grey matter. And when their system is back in working order, which can take up to 72 hours, are YOU going to adult enough to post a retraction of the spite YOU wrote?? No, that would be the ADULT thing to do.
