Richard A. Brennan - Where Is He? Phone, Email, Fax #'s No Longer Working - Owe's Me Money Too!! Frederick Maryland

I too had my debt consolidation acct handled by his offices. My creditors were being paid, although late. Then, their November 2006 and December 2006 checks to my creditors bounced. I contacted their offices and was told that a 3rd party auditor was handling this and that they would have a resolution in about 30 days. I had to pay the creditors myself ($828, in addition to the $424 that they had already taken out of my acct each month). I called back in 30 days and was told that they did not have it resolved yet - to check back. I was also told at that time that they would pay any returned check fee's or late fee's that I had accumulated.

My acct was turned over to a new agency, which is doing a GREAT job, and kept waiting to hear back from RAB's offices.

I sortof forget about the matter - and called in early June 2007 to get an update. The recorded message told me to Fax a letter to their offices at 301-624-0094. I typed up a letter, but had to find my older statements showing returned fee's and late fee's. Once I had all that info together - I tried their fax # numerous times -but the # only gives a very busy - busy signal.

I have tried their 800 phone # and get the same busy signal. I have tried to email them (including several employee's that I had their email address as well). Those emails all came back undeliverable. I have tried to call every single phone # that I could find for them (luckily I saved all of my correspondence w/them). However none of the phone #'s are working.

RAB's office owes me $1,162.00. I would REALLY like my money, as it is not my fault that they bounced checks. In addition to the $424 a month (times 2) that they owe me, they also owe me $178 in returned check fee's and $136 in late fee's because of these bounced checks.

Mr. Brennan - if you are out there, can you please contact me so that we can resolve this matter in a nice fashion.
