On October 30th I ordered a bunch of stuff from RoseGal.  After getting an email that it was shipping China post I cancelled the order (10 minutes later). Two days later I get an email that one item has already shipped and others will be cancelled.  I went to Paypal site and found they had charged me the whole 111.41 instead of 10.00 which was the cost of the sweater they shipped. I emailed them back through their resolution center.  They kept sending me these emails that didn't make sense and wouldn't refund.  When the item arrived I wrote return to sender and sent it back.  I have been asking on a daily basis for a refund.

I have sent this complaint to Paypal. Rosegal then offered me a 85.00 resolution instead of my whole 111.41.  I started posing on sites where you can register complaints.  They keep sending their standard message of go to our site we left you a message.  When you go there and read the message it is a run around about a refund.  If you call their number it states this magic jack customer is not available.   If you try to go on live chat no matter what time it is they are not online.  I do not want their standard answer of go to our site for a reply.  I want an answer posted here.  I want my refund.  I have complained to Federal Trade commission and will keep sending complaints every day until the refund is received.

No refund.

You probably wont get a refund. For one they are in CHINA!! Meaning that there is NO American support for YOUR situation. Secondly, they already have YOUR money and they are NOT in the states. This is just one of the MANY reasons to NOT shop online. You are buying into a PICTURE!!! You cant handle it or view it. YOU are buying on ASSUMPTION!! When you assume you do so at your own risk. If they have offered you SOMETHING take it and RUN!!! The more you attempt to fight them the sooner they will just ignore you. They probably didnt receive the package YOU sent back so they are charging you for that item and the shipping costs. Hence why the amount doesnt match YOUR figures.

The FTC and the BBB are going to have ZERO ability to address your refund issue. It doesnt matter what letters you put behind federal, ZERO power outside of the united states. THEY are not going to bother answering your complain on ANY site. They wouldnt NEED to. YOUR one single complaint means NOTHING when you weigh it against the TOTAL amount of internet customers. So for THEM you dont mean a lot, sorry.
