 After ordering 4 bathing suits for around 100 dollars in the spring of '15 I waited for them to arrive it took one month for one to come and two months for the second. I contacted the company and couldn't get a hold of any one by phone. When I filed an official report with their email service which is directly where they send you. The response I got first was it takes up to 35 days. But... When I told them that half of one order that was marked shipped on my order and half of the other order wasn't sent they told me to check with my post office. After I checked with my post office and found out they were never in their care I called back to which I have gotten no response. Threw away 50 dollars and the bathing suits are subpar that I hot but I don't even trust them to return them. I'll never get my money back and this ruins my sense of trust for other small internet businesses. Rosegal Rosegal Rosegal don't buy from them don't trust them.

We wish to let the customer know that we are extremely sorry for their disappointment. Clearly, we did not meet their expectations and we will work towards creating the best outcome that everyone can be happy with.

Could you please give us your order number? We will deal with the issue and provide a better solution for you.

We fell short of our own standards because the customer is disappointed in us, and, for that, we are extremely sorry. We will work together with the customer to resolve the issue as best as we can and as quickly as possible.
