Rosegal will take your money and run. I ordered a couple of items from them. I placed my order on October 10th. The money was immediately removed from my account. The company claims they shipped the items on the 18th of October. Today is the 17th of November and I still have not received the items I ordered.  I have done some research and have discovered that this is a common problem for this company.

Some people have lost hundreds of dollars and a facebook page has now been set up by someone to inform the people considering an order. I sent one more message to the company to give them one last chance to make this right. Their response was to blame me for choosing the slowest shipping as well as blame the shipping company. They accept no responsibility and will not provide proof they actually shipped this order. My advice to anyone shopping here is to look elsewhere. Giving these people money is like flushing it down the toilet.

I want to extend my sincere apologies for the problems you have experienced.

The standard delivery time will be around 10-25 business days after dispatch if there are no delays. But there are some external factors which may cause some delay on delivery time, such as remote locations, peak shopping and shipping periods, Holidays and Festivals, inclement weather and delay by corresponding customs' operations and express company.  

In this case please provide the order number to us. We will resolve all the issues for you soon.
 
We fell short of our own standards because the customer is disappointed in us, and, for that, we are extremely sorry. We will work together with the customer to resolve the issue as best as we can and as quickly as possible.
