Rosegal Significantly different from website description Shenzhen

Do not be deceived by the pretty pictures on their website www.rosegal.com.

1. Their clothings are nothing like that in reality. I ordered 5 items - stated women's size and free size. When I received the clothes (on 06/20), I took one look and realized probably the clothes are meant for very, very small ladies - I wear sizes 4 or 6 normally and the clothes cannot fit me at all - for e.g. the shoulder width of my blouses and T-shirts are around 16-18 inches - the ones I received are around 10-12 inches.  I did not even try trying them on because I was afraid of "ripping" them - yes, the workmanship is also very poor. 

2. So, I wrote to them and to Paypal (that I used to purchase the clothings). Paypal of course is of no help and I did not hear from Rosegal until 2 weeks later  on 07/3(Keep in mind that their return policy states 30 days return period) asking in very broken English about resolving the issue. I replied about returning the clothings.

3. I then wrote to my credit card company, Discover that I used to channel funds to Paypal and immediately they placed a charge back on the account.

4. Paypal decided to escalate my complaint to a claim after Discover made a charge back - at this stage, it is now at "processing" stage at Paypal

5. I finally heard from Rosegal (07/17) because Paypal has placed a chargeback on their account - meaning they cannot access the money they received from me through Paypal - so I have 3 days to return them the merchandise at my own expenses - I know this is all very intentional cos a normal postage via USPS will take 6-10 days and it will cost me around $80 to ship the 5 pieces of clothings back to China and plus they will only return partially - they did not state how much.

6. So, the lesson here is, please do not be deceived - buy your clothes from reputable companies in the US like Amazon, Norstrom, Macy or JCPenney - the reason the clothes from Rosegal are cheap means u get what u pay for - I can't use them for rags even because they are made of very inferior synthentic material
