Rough country rustic furniture Fraud Missouri

I purchased several items from this company in the past without any problems, I purchase a concealment piece about a year ago and still have not got the item. At first it was we lost our supplier and we are behind. Then it would be on the next truck out. Still noting and finally they just quit responding to my emails all together. There is no way to call them at all. Since it has been way to long the bank will not refund my money. I would highly recommend staying away from this company all together. We had email communications for about 4 months after the items was supposed to have been delivered and not they have not responded to the last 20 emails I have sent. The bad part is this item was for a customer of mine for his father for Christmas and the last email they assured me it would be delivered before Christmas just anothe lie they told.
