Rough Country Rustic Furniture Never received order or refund - no longer responds to emails Mountain Grove Missouri

Total scam. 

TL:DR - Never got my order, got sent excuses in emails and eventually they stopped responding.

Long Version:
I placed an order with Rough Country Rustic Furniture on July 21st, 2017. It was for a concealment wall art piece with a estimate of 42-65 business days for creation and shipping. 65 Business days would be October 24th, 2017. I received no updates nor did I receive my product. 

I gave them another month or so (thought I was being nice but perhaps I'm just naive) and when nothing came, I began e-mailing the company in early December. I was told that it was shipped and was given a tracking number. I looked up the tracking number and saw it was a valid number; however, it showed that only the label was created and nothing was ever shipped. I e-mailed back stating this and was met with no response. After several e-mails, I got a generic mass e-mail on 12/27/17 explaining that they were backed up in e-mails and it was taking a long time to sort through and check the status of everyone's order. It also stated that a follow up e-mail would come to every individual about their order. None came. 

Weeks passed so I sent another e-mail and was told the item was in production on Jan 22 2018, 124 business days after my order had been placed, which is double the time frame the order was supposed to take at it's longest.  I waited another month to see if the item would arrive. It did not. I sent an email on 2/28/18 asking what was going on and inquired about canceling the order. I received a response on 3/6/18 that I could cancel and would get a partial refund per the cancellation policy. I responded same day saying a partial refund would be unacceptable given the circumstances and was met with no response. I inquired again to see what my options were on 3/14/18 and again, no response. 

Total scam of a company. How dare they place the US flag and other honored military symbols on their products to try to market them.
