on 5/16/17 I ordered a custom concealed mirror, order #1503807607. In mid October I requested a status of my order. First week of November I received a e-mail stating my order would be shipped 12/4/17. On 12/12/17 I again requested a status of my order as I had not yet received it. By e-mail I once again received an apology and an offer of a refund.

Two weeks later I demanded a refund. Rough Country Rustic Furniture has been silent ever since. I have my copies of all 13 e-mails I have exchanged with them. Several are just a form letters of apology and asking for patience.

The bottom line is they now are silent. Have taken my money eight months ago and refuse to deliver my order or give a refund. This place is a total scam. With no Fax or Phone to call that should be apparent. They prey on patriots and patriotism on their website which makes them pure SCUM. Do not waste your time or money with these THIEVES.
