It looks to me this company has been riping people offf some time .Many people has file a complaint against this company Sammydress.com they have not receive their purchase.I have just learn about this company after I have purchase from them this company does not provide honest service and people do not receive their purchases.They are scam artists.
My conversation from: Sammydress.com Brenda:
Where are my purchases and why have I not receive all my items.I have made two purchase total of seven items from Sammydress.com on 12-4-2014 Order Number: MM1412041829394340 Order Number:MM1412041726074392
I have purchase seven items from Sammydress.com and I have only receive one item from this item number 110454718
Brenda: I have not receive both of my purchase from these orders for 12.37 and 91.79 and today is the 1-26-2015
Brenda:Today is 1-26-2015 I have not been inform from Sammydress.com that my purchase will take almost two months Brenda: There seems to be dishonest there!..
Brenda:I been been told my purchase was shipped out but it does not two months for someone to receive their purchases Brenda:
I must be mistaking here but there is something else seems to be wrong here it does not take two months for someone to receive their orders.
Brenda: Sammydress.com seems to be stalling around with my purchases I have open a dispute with paypal inregards to my purchases and Sammydress.com claim the same thing with paypal

Brenda: A dispute has been file against Sammydress.com for not providing honest service
Brenda: I have been waiting for my remaining purchase a total of six items that I have not receive.I do not appreciate doing business with dishonest people
Brenda: Further action will be taken against Sammydress.com for not providing honest service.Since I have not receive the rest of my purchases.I want my full refund back
Brenda: It has been almost two months anyone know it does not take months for someone to receive their purchases
Brenda: So that means my orders has never been shipped out Brenda: Very dishonest Brenda: I am the customer who purchase from Sammydress.com and was not treated as a value customer
Brenda: Where is my purchase since Sammydress.com keeps claiming both of my orders has been shipped!.. then where is it
Brenda: Some shipped time!...
Brenda: We both know Sammydress.com is just full of crapp!.. Is that how you treat your customers who does business with you
d**k: because it had been shippped out by China Post surface mail which can not be tracked on line so for now we can not give you the answer
Brenda: Very disappointing!.. very disappoint!..
d**k: and according to our rules if the customers can not get the items over two months you will have the right to ask for a resend or a refund
Brenda: Are you telling me I have to wait for three months before I receive the remaining six items I have not receive.Some bull!
Brenda: And call your selves a business company some business company!..
Brenda: I will never refer anyone to this dishonest company
d**k: because for now we can not confirm the package is on the way or lost because this shipping method always cost for a long time so for now we can not give you a refund

therefore we are unable to track the progress/location of the order for you.
Because it is an unregistered parcel, it may be slower than other shipping methods.

This company is stealing from people:I have been a victim of their scam and others like my self who refuses to return your refund after they have stolen your money.''Sammydress has been lying to people about their merchandise and about the tracking number.I have order serveral items from them and only receive one item almost two months later.I have open a dispute against them with paypal and paypal claims I have to file a complaint with the law enforcement agency to complete the investigation.Paypal is suppose to protect buyers from fraudulent and scam artist companies but it seems to me there is not much they can do about it.This is not a real company who provides honest service but a company who is stealing from people with a bad reputation.These crooks and others like them must be stop.It looks to me this company has been ripping people off for some time. Many people has file a complaint against this company Sammydress.com because they have not receive their merchandise.I have just learn about this company after I have purchase from them.This company does not provide honest service and people do not receive their merchandise.They are scam artists.

After it has been two long months of waiting for my remaining six merchandise and now it is the third month I still have not receive nothing in the mail.A dispute has been open with paypal against Sammydress.com on the 1-6-2015.During the investigation paypal stated in their words in order for them to complete the investigation I would have to file a complaint with the law enforcement agency.I have file a complaint against ''Sammydress.com on the 3-4-2015 with ''Complaint.ic3.gov'' After a complaint has been file'' paypal has been inform the same day and was sent a copy of the report.On the 3-5-2015 I receive a email from paypal letting me know I would receive my refund for 91.79 after I have return the one merchandise I have receive from Sammydress on the 2-15-15.I have receive only one merchandise from Sammydress on the 2-15-2015 it has been almost a month going on two months since this item been use.After all the trouble and long waiting and the seller never send me my other six merchandise.How are you going to return a item back that has been already use.Paypal is saying I cannot receive my refund if this item is not return.I have to return a item I have already paid for. Paypal knows these crooks who call them selves ''Sammydress will not except use items.Below is the email I have receive from paypal on the 3-5-2015
