I am a consumer ,in the field of landlord and rental properties and i already had my house and got a loan with sps inc. to do some fixing up my property to get ready to sell i  only owed $14,000  dollars on my property at the time and when i got done with my loan application i owed $75,00 TO $80,000  on it which was very high and i either had to take the loan or let the house go  so i took the  loan the the housing market crashed, i cannot  sell the house now either now barely worth $20,000  on top of oweing sps inc  $71,000  just want to get lower rate  but cant  if sps is ripping me off i want my money back cause i know i have givin the half there money  in 12 years.
