I decided to use after they offered the most money for my Droid X2 at $40. HOWEVER, when I finally decided to mail in my phone and they received it, they said it had a BAD ESN and offered $13.50. In my original email, there was a link in which if you clicked on it and declined the offer, the phone would be mailed back to you.

HOWEVER, I never received the phone. Plus after declining the offer, they emailed me two more times offering $20 and $30 for the phone so that was a red flag right there. I have yet to receive my phone back and the company has NOT responded to my emails.

Here is the original email verbatim (minus my name and ESN number):

Hello .....,

We have completed the value assessment of your items and determined that the speci?ed condition of some items do not match the original quote.

The Droid X2 was stated in GOOD condition, we have found this item to be in LIKE NEW condition.

The Droid X2 has a Bad ESN. Bad ESN Means: It is not possible to active this item with Alltel. The Droid X2 could have been part of an insurance claim, reported lost or stolen, have a pending balance or is still active.

   Serial Number:
   Market Value of CLEAN ESN:$44.00
   Actual Market Value BAD ESN:$13.20

Therefore the new market value of your item is: $13.20

If you accept this offer please click on the "I Accept" link or "I Decline".if you wish to have your item mailed back. If you wish to fix the BAD ESN or have fixed it you can simply request a re-assessment and click on the Re-Assess link.

PLEASE NOTE: It is imperative that you accept or decline our offer within 7 days from todays date: 09/19/2012. After 09/26/2012 you will forfeit the right of accepting or declining the offer as stated on our terms and condition and we will simply release payment for the assessed amount sent to you on 09/19/2012.

I Accept | I Decline | Re-Assess

Thank you for choosing Where its not just selling, it's recycling.

I see that I am not the only person who has gone through this with this company so I don't feel so bad now. needs to address because it ultimately makes them look bad backing a company with a history of ripping people off.

Update: Has Taken My Phone

AUTHOR: Chillin662 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, November 24, 2012
The company FINALLY responded to an email after I said I would report them to the BBB. Here is their response:

I am sorry to state that we required that you pay fee of $8.99 to have you device returned. We however to not have a record of receiving that payment. Due to lack of payment and a lack of continued communication since the latest email send to you, you have forfeited the item as per our terms and conditions. Due to this forfeit we have issued your latest offer of $30 to the address that we have on file.

Remember I REJECTED the original $13.50 offer they made to me and requested that my phone be shipped back to me. Like others have listed in reports on here, once they get your phone you are not getting it back. I do not want their $30. I want my phone back. Until they issue my phone back back the report will remain on this site.
