shoprtacabinets principal: Ms Charmaine Sukly rip-off, consumer fraud franklin park Illinois

On april 24, 2014 I ordered kitchen cabinets from shoprtacabinets on-line and I paid by check, $1,923.78 in full. The delivery date of the cabinets was to be mid July to end of July. On 6/25/14 I requested the status of my order and on 6/25/14 they replied "your order is a pre-sale item and will be shipped out in 12 weeks."

I tried numerous times to contact them by phone and there was no reply. On 8/6/14 by e-mail, I requested for a full refund, no reply again. On 8/7/14 I opened a case with the BBB of the Chicago Illinois area. Shoprtacabinets responded that they are going to refund my money, as of today 9/8/14.

I have not received my refund, BBB tried to contact them again on the status of my refund and there was No Reply.
